How to add new email accounts in Helm?

1. Launch your web browser. Type your domain name followed by port number :8086.

For eg. http://www.abc.com:8086. (Replace "abc.com" with your own domain.)

2. You will be directed to the standard Helm Login page. Key in your Username and Password. Click on the Logon button.

3. Click on the Domains icon.

4. Locate the domain you wish to add an email account. In this example, click on abc.com.

5. Click on the Email Accounts (POP3) icon.

6. Click on Add New button.
7. Key in the email address you are creating. For example “johnsmith”.

8. Enter your password, and reenter for confirmation. Remember that the password field is case-sensitive, so make sure caps lock is disabled. Then, click on the Save button.

9. Congratulations! You have successfully created an email account.
