To make changes to the Administrative contact email address, kindly follow the link below:

Click "Login" at the top right of the page. (It is an orange coloured button next to the search textbox)
When you enter the next page, kindly click "Username" in the "Forget username / password" option.
Key in your Contact code here and press "Submit". (The username and contact code for each registrant is different, if you have trouble finding your registrant code, kindly use this link http://whois.domainregistry.my/ to view your contact code. Key in your domain name and you will see your "Administrative contact code" in RED.)
In "Step 1: click "b)" . Then proceed to key in your new email address in "b)".
Proceed to key in your contact code again.
Click the check box on the left and assign a new email address .
Click "Print". You will be give a page to fax to Mynic.
Kindly print this on the company letterhead. The fax must also be stamped by the company stamp and signed.
