How do I retrieve my username and password for managing .MY domain?

To retrieve your username and password, kindly follow the link below:

Click on the "Login" button at the top right of the page (the orange colored button). 

Below the Username and Password boxes, you will see a phrase "Forget Username/Password". Click the "Username".

Key in your contact code. (This is different from your username, you will be able to find your Contact Code when you "Whois" your domain name)

At Step 1, click the checkbox next to option "a)" (Make sure you have control of this email address written here as the emails will be sent to this email address)


Click "Submit" afterwards.

You will receive an email with the username for the account at the email address specified.

Kindly go back to the link below:
https://web.domainregistry.my:7002/Mynic-ViewController-context-root/faces/PB/UserLogin.jsp

Now click the "Forget Password" option.
You will need to key in the Username and Contact Code which are 2 different codes.

An email will be sent to you and you will be given a link to change the password.
